As an important station of Laos 500 kV power transmission and transformation project (Xieng Khouang nasaitong section), 500 kV Pala substation has passed the functional acceptance, laying a foundation for the whole Laos 500 kV power transmission and transformation project to be put into operation on schedule." Recently, in Santong County, 60 kilometers away from the suburb of Vientiane, the capital of Laos, on the construction site of 500 kV Pala substation in Laos, Xu Mingliang, the project leader stationed by Guangxi power transmission and transformation construction company of China Southern Power Grid, led the local construction personnel to carry out the last batch of power equipment tests. After 1500 days and nights of construction, the project came to an end.
